CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS CONTINUES

Thank you for your continued patience and support as we prepare for the upcoming season. We know many of you have reached out with questions regarding season tickets and seating, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding as we finalize the remaining details.

We’re pleased to share that the project is moving in a positive direction. The field of play is largely ready, with standard spring preparations planned to fine-tune the turf and infield surfaces and complete final safety features around the dugouts and backstop areas.

At the same time, we continue to work closely with our consultants, contractors, stakeholders, and municipal authorities to complete the remaining construction coordination, regulatory, and permitting steps required for a facility of this scale.

With on-site activity continuing to ramp up, several major infrastructure milestones are now visible.

Stadium lighting installation and exterior precast wall installation are nearing completion. In addition, stadium seating and seating infrastructure are scheduled for installation during the winter months, when frozen ground conditions help protect the playing surface and underground irrigation systems.

Our goal is to have seating installed during this winter construction window so that you can enjoy all 28 regular season home games at Energy City Metro Ballpark this coming season.

While projects of this scale require careful coordination, we remain confident that we can meet the necessary milestones ahead. Our team continues to work closely with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure all requirements are in place by mid-May 2026, positioning the ballpark to welcome fans for opening weekend on June 6 and 7.
