Rainout Policy

RAINOUT & CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of game cancellations due to rain, poor air quality, or any other circumstance beyond our control, the following policies will apply:

  • Notification Process: Games are often called at the very last minute, as we keep playing until the field is unplayable. 
    • Fans will be notified of game cancellations as soon as possible via our official Facebook page.  https://www.facebook.com/eccactusrats
    • Season Ticket Holders will be notified via email notification as well.
    • Makeup games will be announced as soon as possible.
  • Weather-Related Cancellations: If a game is cancelled BEFORE it becomes an official game (less than 4½ innings if the home team is ahead or less than 5 innings if the visiting team is ahead):
    • E-ticket holders will receive a single-game voucher in their Igniter Ticketing Account to use at a future Cactus Rats regular season home game.
    • Tickets purchased from the box office can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value for an upcoming regular season home game, subject to availability.
  • Completed Games: If a game is cancelled AFTER it becomes an official game (5 complete innings or 4½ innings if the home team is winning), the game will not be rescheduled and there will be no refunds or exchanges available.
  • Exchange Period: Fans may use their cancelled game tickets to attend any future regular season home game during the SAME season (last regular season game is August 4, 2025).

ADDITIONAL TERMS

  • All tickets are not refundable for cash under any circumstances.
  • Complimentary tickets are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Tickets cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed.
