2025 Kids Summer Baseball Camp
Hits the Field This July
Batter up, Spruce Grove! The Energy City Cactus Rats are stepping up to the plate this summer with their 2025 Kids Baseball Camp, and you're invited to join the fun from July 14–17 at Henry Singer Ballpark in Spruce Grove.
Whether your kid is a seasoned slugger or just figuring out which hand the glove goes on, this all-skills, all-fun camp is the perfect way to spend a summer day…4 days in a row. With coaching from Cactus Rats Coaches and Players, it’s four days of action-packed baseball, confidence-boosting drills, and good old-fashioned team spirit.
From New Team to New Tradition
As Spruce Grove’s newest hometown team, the Energy City Cactus Rats are all about building from the ground up, starting with the next generation of ballplayers.
Our youth camp isn’t just about throwing strikes and hitting line drives, it’s about community, connection, and laying the foundation for something special.
We’re not just here to play ball, we’re here to build roots, and what better way than by welcoming young athletes to learn, laugh, and fall in love with the game alongside our players?
Camp Details: July 14–17 (Monday–Thursday)

Whether you’re staying to cheer from the bleachers or doing a quick drop-off and dash, we’ve got you covered.
🦔 Fun Fact: Porcupines don’t actually throw their quills… but our infielders sure know how to throw darts across the diamond!
